Townhouse Flower Layout and Install 🌸👒

A homeowner recently came to us with a blank front garden bed and a set budget, asking for a design that would keep their yard full of flowers blooming year-round. Our in-house botanist got to work creating a seasonal rotation plan to ensure continuous color and variety through spring, summer, and fall. We’ve already completed the spring planting, filling the space with vibrant early-season blooms, and we’ll be returning to add summer and fall varieties as the seasons change. We’re excited to bring this space to life and will be sharing photos as the garden evolves throughout the year!
Townhouse Turf Transformation – A Pet Paradise! 🐾🌿

A customer came to us with a common issue—no grass growing in their townhouse yard and a few drainage problems. Since they had pets and wanted a clean, low-maintenance outdoor space, we designed a full artificial turf installation to provide a lush, durable play area for their animals. To address the drainage issues, we installed an underground water management system to control runoff and prevent pooling. To complete the transformation, we built decorative stone walls around the turf for structure and added decorative river rock for a polished, finished look. The result? A functional, beautiful, and pet-friendly outdoor space!

A customer came to us with an outdated landscape in their townhome, featuring overgrown plants that needed some serious TLC. We gave their front yard a complete refresh by removing all the old plants and installing a sturdy brick retaining wall with proper drainage and an 8-inch base, ensuring long-term stability with no sagging.
To complete the transformation, we laid down rich black mulch and planted Hostas and Boxwoods—both low-maintenance and evergreen for a clean, polished look all year round. Now, their home has a fresh, modern curb appeal with minimal upkeep!
Townhouse Turf Transformation – Bye Bye Bugs 🏡✨🐜🚫

A homeowner came to us with a yard that struggled with standing water, making it a breeding ground for mosquitoes and a constant hassle. The low-lying area under their deck was especially problematic, trapping moisture and creating a muddy mess. To fix the issue, we started by adding a solid base of crush and run, raising the ground level by 4 inches to improve drainage and eliminate pooling water. Next, we topped it with a layer of sand, carefully grading it with the right pitch to direct water away from the home. Under the deck, we installed stone to keep the area dry and prevent mosquitoes from nesting. To finish off the transformation, we installed high-quality turf for a lush, maintenance-free look, framed with a sleek wood border for a clean, polished finish. Now, their yard is not only functional but also a beautiful, hassle-free space to enjoy!
